The information and qutoes in this site are from various visits and interviews with the staff of Q107 FM. Q107 is a Christian radio station that covers Northwestern Minnesota. KKEQ, also known as Q107 FM is a station located one mile East of Fosston Minnesota with a translator of 50,000 watts, which currently covers an area from East Grand Forks to Walker Minnesota. Q107 brings a format to Northern Minnesota that no other station offers. Q107 focuses on a Hot A.C. (alternative Christian) format while it continues to carry a traditional format through the Salem Christian Music Network. Q107 has a partnership with Shine the Light, Inc. a nonprofit, nondenominational ministry. Shine the Light helps support Q107 through prayer and financial resources. Shine the light and Q107 FM share the same goal: To spread the news of the gospel with family-oriented programming, youth confrences, Christian music concerts, and other events.
