Academics
Taking you beyond the classroom
You can't always find what you need on the campus website, but you may find it here! Are you looking for tutoring, offices, or campus clubs? You'll find it here on the Academics page!
Need help on campus?
When you need to find information regarding your past grades, student status, changing majors, or student forms, the Records and Advising Office will be able to answer questions and get you set up so you don't feel so lost.
Looking for tutoring?
If you are having difficulties in a class, you may want to contact a tutor for the subject to get back on track. There are many departments that offer specialized tutors.
If you need help writing a paper or editing your work, ther is almost always someone in the Writing Resource Center that can help you out. If you are too shy to ask for help, try the Online English Tutoring services.
Checked the bulletin boards?
Don't feel stupid staring at the bulletin boards! They are also a great source for cheap used books and it may pay off to take the extra 20 seconds to look at them. Here are some organizations with the advisor's contact information: Student Organizations. Remember that the club officials change every year and they may not be updated on the website.
Interested in joining a club?
BSU clubs are diverse and you will not have to look hard for a club or an organization that fits your style. Unfortunately, you may not be able to contact these groups very easily. You may have to watch bulletin boards and signs around campus for events hosted by the clubs and contact information.
Want to send a message to your teacher?
If you have a question for your teacher, there is a quick way to send them a message. Look them up in the Faculty/Staff Directory and use the form provided to send a message.
