Advanced Crochet Project: Cluster-Stitch Lap Blanket

Materials: Size J Crochet Hook, 4 large skeins of Red Heart acrylic yarn in color A, 3 large skeins of Red Heart acrylic yarn in color B

Step 1: Chain 200

Step 2: Cluster stitch until the end of the row, chain 2, turn

Cluster Stitch directions:
YO, insert hook in first stitch (or space between stitches) and draw up a loop, yo, skip one stitch, insert hook in next stitch and draw up a loop, yo and draw through all five loops. Ch 1, and repeat

Repeat step 2 for 7 rows. Change to color B and repeat Step 2 for 7 rows. Continue alternating between colors until you have 7 stripes of color A and 6 of color B.
