Update and link to project proposal

If you've been asked to revise your project proposal, do so on the wiki. Then, print it out and hand it in in hard copy on Friday.

And please create a link from your blog or wiki to your project proposal. On the blog, place it on a side bar.

Syllabus update

I have made some clarifications on the Blogs and Wiki: CourseSyllabus as we talked about last Friday

- cutting the ToDo assigment (making it optional, actually)
- rotating weekly assignments, with a 3rd week off

For questions on how points add up, refer to the
syllabus, as well.
