reading, reading, reading It looks like everything that's coming in is in. I meant to start responding this weekend but had to run to Bigville. I'm back, so watch for (brief) final comments in the next few days. To those who have graduated, congratulations. To those who are continuing on, have a good summer. The Daybook will stay up and running all summer, don't be strangers. Saturday, May 15
My yoga twin forgot to post her final writeup on here, and I know she's out of town for the weekend, and we don't have internet hook-up at our place, and I hope I'm not doing anything wrong by doing this, but here is Sara's final write-up. Thanks, and have a good summer, all! Friday, May 14
twenty four hours later.... Have a great summer you all! I'll visit your blogs and keep on keepin on with mine! :) Thursday, May 13
Okee Dokee then... Happy Summer Break everyone! And here is my final RePort for this class. TaTaForNow If you need me, I can either be found on the soccer field (I'll be the Frozen Soccer Mom on the sidelines) OR I will be on the beach with a stack of books at my side -- reading for pure pleasure for a change! WEEeee! Here it is. I couldn't get into the SuperLab, got kicked out of the library because it closed early without notice, and begged a friend, who is officially the nicest person in the world, to use his computer all to finish this for all of you! You should feel special! :) Have a great summer, everyone, and take care. I'll see you this summer or next year! If you're graduating, good luck in all you do. See ya! My final reflection is ready. Have a nice summer vacation. For those graduating, congracts and hope to meet you next semester if you still have the nerve for more books. Kwaheri!!(bye in kiswahili) Here she be, the Final Reflection. Now, one more final and I'm done with undergrad education....FOREVER!!! Wednesday, May 12
tic tic tic... Thursday midnight creeps up on us... And just at the last moment, Blogger's been redesigned. Supports comments and blogging by email! But you might want to wait until after grading to revamp your blog so not to loose it to the gremlins. tic tic tic... Monday, May 10
Here it is... My final assignment... Sorry the class is over.. But the lack of responsibility for the class is a sweet relief to have... Sunday, May 9
Skip the online survey Apparently, the online survey site that I was trying out expired today so I've removed the link to it. I wasn't aware of a time limit on the survey. Thank you to those who took it. * Lesson 1: Never trust a trial version. * Lesson 2: Do it yourself. Condolences to Sean. Watching for final versions of project write ups to be posted. And waiting for rain. Thursday, May 6
sonofa*%&@ I don't know what the deal is! BSU's email is the only one that has any problem with Froyd.net servers....grrr!!!!! I guess you can send them to my hotmail account, which is froydman@hotmail.com. doggone it. Wednesday, May 5
Hey Sean . . . the last two emails I sent you came back as undeliverable and it took six days for them to come back as such. Today I got one back I sent on April 30. Just wanted you to know and thought this an easy way to tell you. I wonder how many emails are sent to you that you don't receive. Monday, May 3
For those of you running WIN XP, 2000 or a variant of such things, and who've contracted the sasser virus that shuts down your comp automatically, there's a patch being offered on the Microsoft homepage here. For the rest of us, either on the horrid Macs, or running Win98 or older, or for the one person reading this that MAY have linux...no worries. It isn't made to get us apparently. HAHAHAHHA!!!!! WHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! haha...*sniff*...*tears*....*sniff sniff*.....waaaaaaa!!!! rejecting rejection Graduate Admissions Committee Department of Psychology Big Deal University Collegeville, USA Dear Committee Members: Thanks for your letter on March 30. After careful consideration, I regret to inform you that I am unable to accept your rejection at this time. This year I have been particularly fortunate in receiving an unusually large number of rejection letters. With such a varied and promising field of schools, it is impossible for me to accept all refusals. Despite your outstanding record and previous experience in rejecting applicants, I find that your rejection does not meet my current career needs. Consequently, I will begin taking classes as a graduate student in your department this August. I look forward to seeing you then. Best of luck in rejecting future applicants. Sincerely Yours, [Name Withheld] |
