To make your search easier you need to use search engines. They help a lot in the long run, save your time and efforts. Here are the tips about some searching strategies you can use.   Where you can search. You can use different search engines like yahoo.com, altavista.com, and google.com Usual search based on searching web sites. It's so called "normal" search. Some search engines give you an opportunity to search for topics, like biology, science, entertainment, business and others. To search the web you can use keywords, or simply opening the directories and sub directories on the topic you consider the most related to your search.   How to make the best query. 1.Try to narrow your topic as much as possible. 2.Choose the keywords that describe the topic of you search. 3.Pick some synonyms or related words that you think can match your query topic. 4.Chose the searching engine, you must be warned that different engines give different results, and even the same engine can give you different results if you searched in different time. 5.Before you begin your search, you should visit "Help", "Advanced search" and "Frequently Asked Questions", if they exist on the search engine. It should be at list one of these categories on the searching engine. 6.Make a query phrase using and, or, not (if you saw that this is allowed with this searching engine). 7.Evaluate sites that had found. See if they have been updated recently and have contemporary information. 8.Use different searching engines to get better result.	Search engines. People use search engines to make their search of the Internet easier and save time and money. Because time is always money.   How do they work? Basically,the search engines is the data base where you can make a query and get the number of items matched to your search. Some of them update automatically,and some required people to update them.   Be selective!
