How To Make Pork With Black Fungus

Ingredients

  • 6 OZ.s pork
  • 1.5 OZ. black fungus
  • 2 OZ.s green onion
  • 2 FL OZ.s vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon white cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce


Directions

  1. Soak black fungus in warm water for 30 minutes until they become soft. Remove stems and clean thoroughly. Break clusters into individual pieces.
  2. Cut pork into slices. Add the salt and cornstarch into the pork, and mix them together.
  3. Cut green onion into 2-inch-long pieces.
  4. Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and cornstarch together to make a sauce.
  5. Pour the oil into wok and heat until it is hot. Add hot sauce, stir-fry. Then add pork, stir-fry for 20 seconds until pork becomes white.
  6. Add black fungus and green onion into wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Pour sauce into wok, stir-fry for 10 seconds.
