My
husband and I live eight miles north of Walker, MN on 10 acres in the middle
of the Chippewa National Forest. Dale is a retired Navy Master Chief.
He served aboard the USS Hyades, USS Gainard, USS Flint, USS Higbee, and the USS Charles H. Rowen. His shore duty stations included Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Cuba, Recruiting Office in Duluth, MN, and managing Recruits' Barracks at Great Lakes Naval Training Center, Illinois.
He earned his Associates Degree from BSU after retirement from the Navy. He worked for ten years as Assistant Veteran's Service Officer for Cass County. He has worked the last ten years in District Court Administration.
His other interests include hunting, gardening, and woodworking.

We have two children. Colin is 28 and an Honor Graduate of the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Schools. He has studied at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and earned a Degree in Computer/Voice/Video Networking from Alexandria Technical College. He has worked for the WHA School District as their Computer Networking Specialist between going to school to learn more.
His other interests include reading, woodworking, cooking, and taking care of his new truck.

Stacy is 24 and also an Honor Graduate of WHA Schools. She is an Information Technician, Third Class Petty Officer in the Navy. After graduating from her 'A' school in the Navy, she was stationed aboard the USS Inchon, which was home-ported at Ingleside, Texas. She travelled to the West Pacific, with the ship going through the Panama Canal, stopping in Hawaii, Japan, Guam, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong. She is currently stationed at the Naval Air Station in Fort Worth, Texas.
Stacy's other interests are reading, computers, music, and going to rummage sales.

Our other children are three apricot toy poodles.
Tiny (back right) was the subject for my web site "Groom Your Poodle at Home".
Sony (front right) is featured in the "Site Report" .
Bridget (left) is the mother of the other two and could care less.

My interests include reading, writing, sewing, listening to classical music, gardening, geneology, and tending my flower beds. Severe osteo-arthritis has managed to limit the amount of time I can work in the yard, however.
My sewing interest grew into a home-based business in alterations, mending and new creations. CUSTOM SEWING will have its own web site in the near future if I learn enough!
