When asked to come up with a philosophy of management I thought it would
be pretty easy since I have been a manager at a McDonalds for five years.
I have held this position with the idea that when I worked I was not only
in charge of the store but I was also a role model for the younger workers
working with me at the time.
The same goes for the position I hold at the Bemidji State University college radio station, FM90. I am a program director there and I am in charge of making the disc jockeys learn their part in the role of the station and helping them become as good as they can be on air.
Management is not just making sure the business runs smoothly and does as good as it can, it is also being there for the people around you. Of course your main goal is to work for the better good of the company to help it grow and succeed.
