Media
has changed throughout history. There were many differences with media during
the era my grandpa, Keith Maurer, grew up. The types of media that will be compared
will include newspaper, radio, and television
Even though each type of media developed at different times, they all informed the public of important issues and events. Keith Maurer has memories with each type of media. While being chairman of the county board seven times, Keith was in contact regularly with local radio and newspaper reporters.
At the age of 78, he continues to use each form of media to keep him up-to-date. In the past few years, Keith has learned how to use the Internet.
