My name is Faith Benedix. I am a junior at Bemidji State University pursuing a degree in journalism and electronic media. A few years ago I made the decision to stop living my life for “someday” and committed to living it for “now.” I came out of the closet, and admitted the horrible secret that I was...a writer. I had hoped it was just a phase, or maybe menopause, perhaps delayed adolescent angst or rebellion against life or my husband or being a mother, something, anything but the truth. I am a writer. Now I am learning how to be the best writer that I can be. Deal with it. I did.
