Passing of Rules

The following rules apply when passing anything through the Guild Council
  1. New Members - After a month of being a Cadet their promotion to Member must be voted on by the Guild Council. New Members must be approved by a 75% or 3/4th Vote of the Council and approved by the Council Leader. 
  2. Changes to Guild Charter - Same as 1) 
  3. Removal of a Member - Same as 1) 
  4. Removal of an Officer  - Must be approved by 90% of the Council (The person being removed does not get a vote in this case) 
  5. Removal of Guild Leader - Must be approved by 100% of the Council (Cannot be vetoed by Guild Leader) 
  6. Promotions - Must be approved by 100% of the Council and approved by Council Leader. 

Standard guild votes such as requests from Members and other minor issues only require a majority (greater than 50%) of votes from Council Members and must be approved by the Council Leader. 

Council Meetings:

  • A council Meeting can called by the Council Leader at any time and all Council Members are expected to attend.

  • Council Meetings can take place in game or out of game (for example in IRC chat or ICQ).

  • Council Members can also request a meeting at any time to discuss any issue relevant to the guild.

  • Members can also petition an officer for an issue to be discussed or decided at a Council Meeting. 

  • Shall set the direction of the guild itself.

  • Plan out strategies for further growth and make decisions on issues at hand

  • There will be 1 mandatory Guild Council each month to discuss the progress and direction of the guild.

  • All Council Members are expected to attend.
