Raid Participation

  1. If a Guild Raid has been planned and is scheduled and you have a character of the appropriate level in the guild then you are expected to be there (barring any Real Life obligations of course).

  2. The goals and safety of the guild will be the first priority over individual members at all times.

  3. The level for inclusion in Planar raids for casters will be 49+. Tanks will still be included from 47+

    •  preference will go to a higher level if room on a Planar raid is restricted.  This is strictly for safety as these zones are much tougher now and we will not risk anyone or the raid.

  4. The guild leadership and raid leader(s) will make final decisions as to who goes on a raid.

    • Every effort will be made to accommodate all members over time and to give each player the opportunity to acquire their planar gear.

    • However, the leadership also needs to make sure that we have the best fighting force for a raid.

  5. If you have multiple mains and the guild asks you to bring a different one then you wish, please try to do so.

    • If you choose not to, you may not be able to join that particular raid.

    • Again, the goals and safety of the guild as a whole must take precedence over the individual.

  6. At this time, we do not have a point system and generally would like to avoid using one. But it is noticed if you are not joining guild raids and functions.

    • Members are expected to offer to attend raids barring real life circumstances.

    • They are also expected to attend raids to support their fellow guildmates.
