Responsible for the overall leadership of the guild
Veto power in the Guild Council.

At any time the Guild Leader may invoke a privilege of Divine Right. Under such occasion, any decision made by the Guild Leader is final and absolute with no vote taken by the Guild Council.

The Guild Leader and Council will respect the opinions of the members at all times.

All Officers (Guild Leader too) are expected to plan at least 1 Raid/Event every month.
