Cadet

New members who are still under scrutiny for membership are considered Cadets. Cadets have no power and may make no requests until their membership is approved. It is a Cadet’s responsibility to seek out and group with as many fellow guild members as possible so that they can be deemed worthy of becoming a full Member. The Guild Council must approve a Cadets membership.

  • All Cadets will undergo a full month where the will be scrutinized by other Members of the guild before being considered for membership
  • It is a Cadets responsibility to seek out and group with guild Members for their trial month (Sponsors should also help in this regard).
  • After a month of grouping with other guild Members, A Cadets application will be brought before the Guild Council for membership vote.

There are two ways this may be handled.

    1. The Council may speak amongst themselves and decide on the Cadet's membership status.
    2. The Council may choose to make it a public hearing.
      • During this hearing the Cadet, Sponsor, Council, and anyone who wishes to speak on the Cadet's behalf may attend the Council Meeting. Any Officer, Cadet, of Sponsor may request a hearing, if deemed necessary.
  • If the Guild Council approves Cadets they immediately become full Members of the guild with all rights and privileges
  • If the Guild Council does not approve the Cadet, they will be informed VIA E-mail or by tells. The Cadet will then be asked to drop the guild tag.
  • If the Guild Council has not seen enough of the Cadet to make a fair judgment, their Cadet status can be extended another month for further inquiry.
