Alternates

Primary Alt A person may pick 1 Primary Alt character in the guild for loot purposes. A Primary Alt is defined as a character that has reached Planer Level.
Secondary Alt(s) All other characters that do not meet the criteria of a Main or Primary Alt are considered Secondary Alt’s. Secondary Alts must be at least Level 15. A person may have 1 Secondary Alt in the guild per Main OR 2 Secondary Alt’s per Main provided the total levels of the 2 Secondary Alt’s is greater than or equal to 60. A person may have 1 additional Secondary Alt per Primary Alt. Special exceptions may be made for exceeding the limit of Secondary Alts for scouts, mules, or other Secondary Alts as the Guild Council sees fit.
Classification Changes

There may come a time that the classification of Main’s and Alts need to be changed. At such time it is the responsibility of the Member to bring it to the Guild Councils attention.

The only way a Main can be reclassified is by petitioning the Guild Council for a change. A Member must make a written request (E-mail) to the Guild Leader listing the reasons why they wish to change Mains. It will be up to the Guild Council to approve this change.

A Member may change Primary Alts at their own discretion. For every 4 months in the guild a Member may make 1 change. A Member with 0-4 months service may make no changes. A Member with 4-8 Months service may make 1 change…etc.

It’s a Member’s obligation to notify the Guild Council of this change so looting may be handled correctly.

If a Member wants a change in their Primary Alt and doesn’t have the time put into the guild then they may petition the Guild Council to make a change. The Guild Council can then approve or disapprove of such a move.
