Introduction The Work Environment Depends on Good Management How the Community Reacts to Your Business |
IntroductionOriginally I wrote this essay for my Media Management class at Bemidji State University. My professor allowed us to write freely about what we thought was important in management.A perfect management philosophy cannot be achieved in a day. It cannot be achieved with just a classroom education or from just working experience. And who is to say that one’s philosophy of management is superior over another or that one’s philosophy will never change. The more I thought about my personal philosophy the more I realized that my thoughts could fit into categories. I am sure that my management philosophy I hold now will not be the same ten years from now. It is not to say that my philosophy is wrong, but rather not yet matured. |
